What Can Be Exchanged?

• Wrong size received — we'll swap it for the right one
• Item significantly differs from the listing photos
• Product arrives damaged or defective
• Wrong item shipped

What Cannot Be Exchanged?

• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after receipt
• Change of mind (size, colour preference)

How to Request an Exchange

2. 2Share your order ID and photos/video of the issue.
3. 3We'll confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup.
4. 4Once we receive the item, we'll dispatch the replacement within 2–3 days.

Refund Policy

We primarily offer exchanges rather than refunds. In rare cases where an exchange isn't possible (e.g., item out of stock), a store credit or full refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
